Features:

1). Platinum-Titanium anode, for better chrome plating layer effect.   Hardness will be stable between HV800-850 . In same time, the platinum-titanium can save the plating time and power too.

2). New type rectifier. We adopt high-frequency rectifier. It can be saving above 30% power compare with traditional rectifier, and smaller size.

3). The machine is full automatic. PLC logic control+ touch screen. The working only required input the cylinder diameter, length and how many copper thickness need to be plated. The machine will automatic run and automatic to calculate the cylinder rotation speed, plating time, and etc.

Main technical parameter

Body adopts dust-proof stainless steel and main tank adopts 1.5mm material titanium. The plating tank adopts 3mm materials titanium.     Nice out-look and durable.  Dynamic parts adopt fist brands motors and titanium materials pump. Reliable and anti-corrosive Electronic parts adopts Mitsubushi transducer and Mitsubushi PLC system. Presion and easy operation.  Anode, heating and cooling system, filter adopts titanium materials. Durable and anti-corrosive.
